30 years of kitchen linked to the land, memory and innovation
The Palau Robert presents from 22 November to 23 April 2017, the exhibition of 30 years of Celler de Can Roca to explain the creative process and the solid experience of the Roca brothers restaurant, which has come to be recognized as the best in the world. The exhibition coincides with the Year of Food and tourism and the declaration of Catalonia as a European region of Gastronomy.
"El Celler de Can Roca, from the Earth to the Moon" is an exhibition organized by the Government of Catalonia, with the support of The Wine Cellar, in recognition of the project Roca brothers as international culinary benchmark. Sponsored by BBVA and the Tourist Board of the Costa Brava, the sponsorship of Samsung technology and the collaboration of the Catalan Tourism Agency and the Institut Ramon Llull. The curator of the exhibition is the director of the Alicia Foundation, the writer and gastronome Toni Massanés.
