Anemone, originally designed for El Celler de Can Roca, is a spectacular table art piece made of brass and silver. This exquisite piece is from the artist-designed GIFRE Tabletop Collection. Each tableware item is handmade and therefore the finish varies from piece to piece. What might be perceived as a flaw is actually indicative of a hand crafted piece of art.
Pere Gifre, a very talented interior and industrial designer and a sculptor artist transforms physical processes of nature into sculpture. In addition to numerous large-scale sculpture projects, Gifre has also collaborated with two of the world’s top chefs Ferrran Adria and the Roca Brothers "El Celler de Can Roca", creating a unique sculptural tableware collection for their restaurants.
